Personology AI - Terms of Use (EULA)

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your region, to use the App.

The App provides personality insights, astrological interpretations, or entertainment-oriented content.

The Content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

You agree that your use of the App and reliance on any Content is solely at your own risk.

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App.

You agree not to interfere with the App's functionality or security, upload harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect certain non-sensitive data to operate and improve the App.

By using the App, you consent to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, reputation, or reliance on the App or its Content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
